The staff was kind and welcoming.
The location is quite far from the city center, making it a challenge if you want to explore Florence on foot. we were required to reserve breakfast times due to the limited dining area, which proved inconvenient for our hectic schedule. While they offered delicious options, the small number of tables made it frustrating to coordinate with our plans.
